The Father’s Rights Movement Announces Key Board of Directors Transitions and Leadership Updates
At The Father’s Rights Movement, the core mission remains focused on promoting family court reform, supporting meaningful parent-child relationships, and advocating for policy updates that place the best interests of children first. As the organization continues to expand its reach, several key leadership transitions and structural updates have been formalized to guide the movement into its next chapter.
Over the past two years, the governance structure has evolved to leverage a deep pool of professional expertise and volunteer commitment. These internal leadership changes position the organization for long-term operational success and continued national advocacy.
Executive Leadership Transitions
In a primary shift for executive leadership, Mark Jaycox has transitioned from his role as President (Pro Tempore) to President Emeritus. Having served as a longstanding advocate for shared parenting and family court reform, his years of experience continue to provide vital strategic guidance and support to ensure a stable future leadership transition.
Concurrently, Josh Thomas has stepped into the role of Vice President and Treasurer (Pro Tempore). His commitment to parental rights advocacy stems from personal navigation of the family court system, driving his dedication of countless hours to family support and financial stewardship within the organization.
The executive committee is rounded out by Lindsay Eisenberg, who serves as Board Secretary. Bringing a background as a former California family law paralegal, her professional insight and personal dedication continue to strengthen the operational administration of the board’s core missions.
New Board Appointments and Service Extensions
The board also formally recognizes the growth of its general membership. Ray Dionisio has joined the Board of Directors, following a dedicated path that began as a volunteer State Moderator before moving into a Central Volunteer leadership role. His extensive background in member mentorship and first-hand navigation of the court system provides strong reinforcement to the board’s core advocacy goals.
Additionally, the board references the continued service of Glenn Shepherd, an Information Technology professional with more than 25 years of technical experience. A dedicated volunteer with the organization since 2017, his extended service and personal experiences continue to drive outcomes for families and children impacted by ongoing family court proceedings.
Together, these structural updates combine professional expertise, technical capability, and direct personal advocacy to reinforce the organization’s nationwide operations.
