Board of Directors

Mark Jaycox President of the Board
Mark Jaycox brings more than 30 years of management experience, including over 20 years in information technology management, a decade in cable contracting management, and several years helping lead local civic organizations. His leadership experience and dedication to advocacy have helped shape The Fathers' Rights Movement (TFRM) into a respected voice for family court reform and shared parenting. Mark's introduction to the family court system came in 2003 following the dissolution of a marriage of more than 20 years. As the father of four sons, he experienced firsthand the challenges many parents face when attempting to maintain meaningful relationships with their children after separation. Those experiences inspired his long-standing commitment to promoting shared parenting and protecting the parent-child bond. Since joining TFRM in its early years, Mark has played a significant role in the organization's growth and development, serving in multiple leadership positions and helping advance its mission of family court reform and parental involvement. In addition to his advocacy for shared parenting, Mark has long supported efforts to assist individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations within the community. Mark remains committed to supporting TFRM's mission and helping ensure its continued success for future generations of families.
Lindsay Eisenberg Board member
Lindsay worked professionally as a California family law paralegal for many years before joining the advocacy movement for fathers' rights and family court reform. She has nine brothers and a husband, all of whom have experienced the family court system in one way or another, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges families face when navigating custody, support, and parental rights issues. Lindsay was adopted at birth and raised by loving parents. A self-described "daddy's girl," she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of strong father-child relationships. In 2024, through advances in DNA technology, she located her biological father and discovered that he had never known she existed. That experience further reinforced her belief that children benefit from meaningful relationships with both parents whenever possible. More recently, Lindsay came to recognize that she has personally experienced parental alienation from one of her now-adult children. This realization has given her an even deeper understanding of the long-term emotional impact family separation, and damaged parent-child relationships can have on parents, children, and entire families. Through both her professional work in family law and her personal experiences, Lindsay has witnessed how family court decisions can profoundly affect fathers, mothers, children, grandparents, and extended family members. She is passionate about promoting policies that prioritize children's best interests, encourage healthy parent-child relationships, and support equal parental involvement whenever safe and appropriate. Lindsay remains committed to advocating family court reform, parental rights, and the preservation of meaningful family bonds for future generations.
